Andrew started his career as a building surveyor and worked for local government for 30 years, for Birmingham City Council and East Staffordshire borough Council, where he became Chief Officer responsible for direct works covering Building and Gas Maintenance, Highways Repairs, Refuse, Street Operations as well as Grounds maintenance.
He is a Chartered Environmentalist and Member of the institution of Wastes Management and in 2004 established his own Management Consultancy, Janus, where he worked with local authorities, social housing associations and major heating contractors, promoting low carbon retrofit solutions.
As a lecturer, Andrew has provided consultancy and workshops for The Housing Quality Network to promote renewable energy and energy efficiency techniques.
In 2010, Renuvo was estblished, as a way of offering customers and clients a wide variety of choice in heating, from traditional gas and oil fired central heating, to modern specialised renewable energy solutions including Air and Ground Source Heat Pumps, Biomass and Solar PV.
Since then the company has continued to expand its diversity and range of choice, offering both domestic and commercial Installation, Service and 24hr Repairs to over 14,000 homes in the Midlands for clients including futures group, South Derbyshire DC, Melton BC, Adullam Homes, Stoke city council, Nehemiah UCHA
