It is important that you keep your gas boiler serviced and maintained at least once a year. This is particularly important if you live in a new build home and want to maintain the warranty on your gas boiler.
In order to maintain your gas boiler warranty, it is important that you service your boiler once a year. Renuvo’s annual gas boiler service provides a full comprehensive safety check of your boiler. This means that if your boiler breaks when under its warranty and requires a new part, these will be covered by the manufacture and therefore you will not pay any additional charges for boiler parts.

Your boiler service and visual inspection of an addiotnal gas appliance usual takes around 45 – 60 minutes, depending on the condition of your boiler. Our gas service engineer will keep you up to date about how the service is going. Feel free to ask any questions you may have whilst our engineer is at your property.
Your Gas Safe Certificate is usually issued on completion of you boiler service (if your boiler is ok). A hard copy is sent out to you in the post by our HestCare relationship manager. From 2019, you will also be able to access your Gas Safety Certificate and additional information via the Renuvo app. Please stay tuned for more news on this in the new year.
Unfortunately, we do not offer planned gas service inspections on a weekend. Please use the booking form to request when you would like your service to take place. A member of the HeatCare will call you to confirm.
If your boiler needs new parts, this will be discussed with you by the visiting engineer. If the part is readily available (stocked in van), the new part will be fitted. Please note, you will be charged accordingly for the additional part. If the part needs to be ordered, the engineer will order these parts through our property management software (KUDOS).
Someone will need to be at the property whilst the boiler service is taking place. A person over the 18 is required.
