As we continue to develop our online platform for all our customers, we are pleased to be introducing our new QR codes. These codes will make it a whole lot faster and easier to book services such as your annual gas boiler service, reschedule appointments and access your Tenant Portal to view latest offers and helpful information.
We hope to roll out these codes in the new year to our existing social housing clients and then to our Landlords and private homeowners.
What are QR Codes?
Quick Response Codes (QR codes) are simply a type of two-dimensional barcode that can only be read using smartphones or other devices that are dedicated to QR reading.
Once you scan the QR code on your smartphone it will take you to a particular portal such as a website or webpage. This means that you will be able to access information quicker and easier than you would normally be able to.
Why is this useful more me? Well, lets say your boiler breaks down during the winter period and you need an emergency boiler repair engineer; when you scan the QR code, which will be situated on your boiler, the code will take you straight to Renuvo’s emergency boiler repair portal where you will be able to book a priority appointment.
