Our GOLD Home HeatCare gas boiler cover provides private homeowners with peace of mind knowing that their boiler is covered in the event of a breakdown. This is our most comphrehensive package that covers the cost of labour and selected parts for your gas boiler system.
Our GOLD Home HeatCare priority boiler breakdown service means that if your boiler stops working, you will recieve a priority call out 365 days of the year.
So what do you get as part of the GOLD Home HeatCare package?
* This package offers a standard standalone gas boiler service plus a full legally compliant gas safety inspection certificate (Landlord compliant) including a visual inspection of any cooking appliances (e.g. hobs). Additional gas appliances (e,g. fires) will be charged at £35 inc VAT).
The standard HeatCare service also provides the option of a full inspection of your heating system including radiators, pumps, controls and pipework to identify any potential faults that may be apparent. Our engineer will also be on hand, upon request, to set any controls and timers you may wish to adjust for the coming winter season. You will also have the option of being entered on our customer database free of charge with access to our 24hr callout and emergency service at £75 for the first hour inc VAT (normal working hours) and £120 inc VAT (after 5pm and weekends) for the first hour plus the cost of any parts. Please ask our engineer if you wish to take up either of these additional options.
